Is there an Ipod or IPhone Emulator that works

I need to develop an app for a hand held device. I need to develop and test the app on a PC, not on a MAC.  I have looked at video demos of a few Ipod/Iphone emulators. None of them work.  Is there one that really works on a Windows 7 PC laptop? If not, is there a peripherial that I can use as a simulator?

I couldn't get any to work, I ended up using VMWare on my PC to hos a virtual MAC and then run the SDK in there. Check this guide here on building the virtual MAC - http://lifehacker.com/5583650/run-mac-os-x-in-virtualbox-on-windows - it is a bit of a mission to get it working, but works once it is done!

Thanks. I will probably buy a Pocket PC. This is an app for my own use. Pocket PCs are nearly obsolete. However it meets my needs with the least effort.
