exchange 2003 move to exchange 2010 with linked mailbox

Hello Experts

i want to move from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010.
i have 2 domains wich trust each other.
the old domain (domold1) with includes the exchange 2003 and holds all users with mailbox.
the new domain (domnew2) is a new exchange 2010 domain.

now i want to move all mailboxes from the old domain to the new one but just as linked mailbox. that means all user are still login in in the old domain but have mailbox in the new exchange domain.
the ems comand sounds like this
New-Mailbox -Database "DB1" -Name "John Doo" -LinkedDomainController "dc1.domold1" -LinkedMasterAccount "domold1\John Doo" -OrganizationalUnit Users -UserPrincipalName -LinkedCredential:(Get-Credential domold1\administrator)

i have two problems with this comand
- i dont want to change it for each user like editing the username, email etc.... is there another command that does that like a batch?
- how do i change the outlook client settings so that i dont need to create a new outlook profile on each client pc.

Yes, that is just a mail-enabled user and not a mailbox
The linked mailbox will be created at the time of the mailbox move
You need to create a move request from the Exchange 2010 server
New-MoveRequest -RemoteLegacy -TargetDatabase E2k10Db -RemoteGlobalCatalog -RemoteCredential $cred -TargetDeliveryDomain

i want to use linked mailbox to avoid administration on both side
To prepare for the mailbox move, you must create mail-enabled users with the required attributes in the target forest.

your command doesent work... the object cant be found in the exchange 2010 forest. thats right cause the user doesent exist in the exchange 2010 forest... but i dont want to create the mail-enabled user first... it must be done at the time of mailbox move as you sayd.
