capture all the commands executed in the ubuntu server

Dear Experts:

We are deploying ERP in our office for this ubuntu server is required the same is installed and login credentials of the ubuntu server, ssh access and phpmyadmin is given to the developer. Now i would like to capture what ever the developer does in this server , like executing commands to be captured, i am aware bas_history will capture but i am looking for to capture for all the changes the developer does in this server, please help in this. Thanks in advance.

    You need to install auditd and audit files and users.
