Netapp Snap Manage - can you throttle bandwidth?

I want to send snaps over a VPN connection and I want to be certain the snap traffic does not choke off other traffic.  Does Snap Manager have a mechanism to limit how much bandwidth is consumed during the replication?  e.g. say I wanted it to consume no more than 20Mbps.  Can I do this without involving the routers/firewalls?  Thanks.

Run "options replication", note that the values are kiloBYTES/second:
Throttling connection globally

toaster> options replication
replication.throttle.enable off
replication.throttle.incoming.max_kbs unlimited
replication.throttle.outgoing.max_kbs unlimited
