Share a Network Drive?

Let’s say I have a Drive S:\ on a server.  This drive is pointing to an external site / vpn.
Is it possible to share out a network drive?  So, I’m looking to assess a Drive S:\ on a server, from another machine?  This server with drive s:\, is always logged in.
