Outlook 2010 Sent Mail Not Saving Anywhere

I have a user who just got a new computer. we setup her imap email without incident, but when she sends am email it does not save in the IMAP sent items folder and it does not save in local pst.

I have gone into the account settings and told it to save locally just as a test, and still nothing, the email leaves the outbox and poof its gone. The emails do go to their destination, but there is nothing saved anywhere.

She has 2 IMAP accounts and both accounts behave the same.

Any suggestions would be helpfull!

1.On the Tools menu, click Options, and then on the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options.
2.Under Message handling, the Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder check box must be selected.
