Auto Save CSV File in Internet Explorer

I am trying to auto save a CSV file in Internet Explorer but no luck.
I want to click on the URL and have it automatically save to somewhere on my computer.

Right now it just prompts me to Open, Save or Cancel. I have went to Control Panel, Folder Options, selected CSV File Format, and uncheck Open. That didn't work.

Any suggestions?? IE 8 I am using.

I don't think any browser will allow you to do that.  It would be considered a serious security violation and the virus writers would be All over that.

Ah wrong, because Chrome, Safari and Firefox allows you to do so.

I forgot about that because I never enable that.  And I didn't read the second line of your question.  Some others have asked about a completely automatic download with no click and that's what I thought you were asking.

I looked at IE8 and I don't see anyway to specify a download location like you can in the other browsers.
