Desktop Support Technician Training Videos?

Hello, I will soon be assuming some help desk responsibilities where I work (corporate setting.)  I would like to learn what I can during my evening hours in preparation for this.  Preferably take and pass  the Microsoft exam (70-272) within 30-60 days as well.

Are there any good resources that would help me study/learn for this?  I am looking for something other than printed books.  I was hoping for something on Lynda.com or Trainsignal, but don't see anything.

All suggestions appreciated. We are a mixed XP and Win7 environment of about 350 users.

Are you looking for "free" ? There are many videos on youtube, vimeo and others available. Maybe do a search for "desktop support video training" and go from there.

There are also many companies that offer videos for a fee (for example only): http://www.learnsmartsystems.com/products/video/video-training-details.aspx?eid=1001

Both, doesn't have to be free.  Willing to pay if it is worth it.

From iTunes I downloaded (paid, but not expensive) relevant audio books for my iPod and iPad then listen to them as I drive to work. A site called Overdrive has relevant audio technical books which are free if you use your local library subscription to access the Overdrive site.  Listen to NZ Tech Podcast as well for "down to earth" discussions.
