Hi Experts,
I have a gigabyte mainboard (GA M61PME-S2) that is working fine with an AMD Athlon X2 processor.  I've just added an AMD Athlon II X4 640 and it won't beep on the POST.  I put the old X2 processor in and it beeps and boots fine.

Any ideas?
