I have a DELL 2950 with Multiple NIC's on them.  I'd like to team them, since those NIC's will be connected to different switch at the backend to provide failover.  How can I get this setup in Windows 2003 R2?

What kind of NIC's do you have (Intel, Broadcom etc)?
