I have a new SBS2008 network.  The SharePoint "Archived Email Site" was deleted by accident.  Now I get "Archived Email Site does not exist" when I try to add new users to an existing security group.  Can any one tell me how to recreate the Email Archive site in SharePoint?

Did you check in the SharePoint recycle bin to see if the site is still there?

You'll find the "Site" recycle bin in Site Settings:
