Multiple copies of emails being sent to BB users using exchange 2010
Hi,
We have some end-users who are receiving multiple copies of their emails on their BB (BlackBerry) devices from exchange 2010. Apparently there is a fix on the exchange side of things. Could this be an issue with the configuration on the service provider side?
Does anyone have an idea as to the fix and where you can find it.
Thank-you in advance for all of your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Found out it was because IMAP and POP3 were both enabled on the exchange 2010 server, if the outlook client was open on the workstation the BB device would recived two copies. Disabled IMAP, deleted out the account on the BB device as per normal. It would complain and fail, selected "I will provide other settings" pointed it to the URL for OWA and it now works fine.
