blackberry enterprise server

Hi,

I have a user and she uses Desktop manager downloaded from Blackberry web site at her home pc  to sync her external email/calendar to her blackberry device. I am going to install Blackberry Enterprise server on her office pc so she can get company exchange email/calendar. Will two calendar conflic each other?

Thank you in advance for your help!
