Is there a way to have all my incoming emails in the &quot;Inbox&quot; at the top of the attached pdf file? &nbsp;Two of my emails are shown at the bottom of the pdf - why are they shown separately? &nbsp;I have to look at each one individually to see the &quot;Inbox&quot; of email for that email address. &nbsp;<br />

Is there a way to have all my incoming emails in the "Inbox" at the top of the attached pdf file?  Two of my emails are shown at the bottom of the pdf - why are they shown separately?  I have to look at each one individually to see the "Inbox" of email for that email address.  

I want one place to look for all my incoming email - thanks.
