Is there a way to have all my incoming emails in the "Inbox" at the top of the attached pdf file?  Two of my emails are shown at the bottom of the pdf - why are they shown separately?  I have to look at each one individually to see the "Inbox" of email for that email address.

I want one place to look for all my incoming email - thanks.

HI dpsmithers,

if the bottom emails in the pdf are exchange mailboxes, you could set up a rule on the inbox of each inbox to move the mail to the inbox you want.

If they are Pop3 mailboxes, you can change the account settings for that mailbox and choose which folder to deliver new mail to.
