How can you require a secondary text field not be null if a primary text field is altered in Acrobat X.

I have 2 text fields associated with several different companies in a PDF document.  How can I require the second field not be left blank if the first field is altered?  In other words, if someone enters something in slot A ... they then have to enter something in slot B.  Any thoughts?
