Exchange 2010 - Update Mailbox Database Copy Fails

I'm seeing this error when I'm trying to update my databases on my DREXCH.

Are both nodes correctly displayed in failover clustering? The error would suggest one of the nodes is down or there are communication problems.

The problem was with the DAG network no longer being able to communicate with each other and it was the only network with replication enabled!
