Cannot Find Your Host Name

Hi -
Any help would be appreciated.  We have a SBS 2008 server running Exchange 2007.  When mail goes out the header shows
Received: from SRVR-01.domain.local (xx.xx.xx.xx) by
in the header.
The problem we are having is one e-mail client rejects because they cannot find to domain.  The domain is the same but with .com rather than local.  Does this mean we have to setup a reverse DNS lookup with the .local
We have the default in Exchange as domain.com
