Message Tracking log on multiple servers is only possible through powershell something as the below


Get-TransportServer | get-messagetrackinglog -start "date here" -end "date here" -eventid receive -recipients jdoe@yourdomain.com -resultsize unlimited

Exchange 2007 and 2010 or version for the coming year are utilizing powershell.
