After checking found that my mailbox has deny

I am not able anymore to perform the backup of exchange 2007 single mailbox using dataprotecor 6.0 <br />
Exchange integration is installed correctly on DP client moreover the check installation also is happening. Dataprotector services are up and running and the site name in regedit is pointing to cell manager name.<br />
Where do we need to check at Exchange 2007 level if something need to be modified or corrected ?
