PC is hanging for 5 seconds and it works again.I checked event viewer and got the error down?

that states the error is not an issue, it's just an information. and can be ignored.

There is NO fix for this. Apparently :)

I doubt that is causing the hangups....

Whats the Task Manager look like when it happens?

Commit Size at the bottom?
Total Processes?
CPU Usage?

Might need a better Task Manager

http://live.sysinternals.com/procexp.exe

Launch it, and add the CPU History column under the Process Performance Tab..... Drag the column so that one is much wider, and now you can see what  (if anything) is spiking your processor, even AFTER it has happened....
