Splash Screen

I'm just looking at VB.Net and noticed something which I don't quite understand.

If you look at the properties of a project under Application there is an option "Splash Screen" in a drop down combo with "None" written in it.

Can anybody let me know how this is used?

Splash screens are often used to display information to a user while an application is loading.

Thanks VipulKadia. That's so simple. Can you help with one further thing? I've added the Splash screen but I don't seem to be able to make it bigger. Any ideas?

Thanks - I realised afterwards that I had to change the Dock property to None (temporarily) to re-size the form.
