Disable Iphone email access to single user sbs2003

Hi i need to disable a single user from email access thats setup on their iphone
via the server SBS2003 but still allow exchange on outlook
Im testing with my sons Ipod touch
ive disabled through exchange,  outlook mobile access & Outweb access on he's account
he can no longer user OWA but the phone still recieves emails
not sure what else to do
