Looks like it was a hardware failure drive has now been replaced

After 2 1/2 years working fine one of our servers has decided to loose the external USB Dat driver for no reason, I have downloaded everything from HP's web site regarding HPdat 160 but it still says driver unknown, I've uninstalled it and rebooted the server but nothing is finding the driver.<br />

I've aslo downloaded drivers from the quantum site directly. HP USB Dat 160 has lost its driver

Servers are computing devices that are similar to desktop computers in that they have the same basic components, but are significantly different in size, configuration and purpose. Cloud services and other new forms of remote storage also add to the capacity of devices and their ability to access more data without building additional data storage into a device.
