IIS Binding Issue

Hi All,

I am hoping one off you guru's can help...

I have recently created a Windows 2008 R2 server running IIS - This will be hosting an FTP site plus a couple of HTTP sites

currently the server has one FTP site and another HTTP site both have the default binding of *. I now want to change this as i add the new sites but when i do it for the ftp binding i get page cannot be displayed but when i put it back to the default it works again

Anything i can check to see what i am doing wrong?

    what are you changing it to?

    FTP does not support host headers if that is what you're trying to do

    Hi brwwiggins,

    Well that answers my question, i was hoping to be able to create host headers for different FTP site - thats a bummer
