Problem with data in Excel graph

Hi, Can someone have a look and see why the graph is not displaying the correct numbers, also can you make it so that every month is displayed on the bottom rather than every other month.

    right click on the x axis  then change the axis options
    select major unit as  fixed 1 month  instead of fixed 2 months.

    You also say it's not displaying the right numbers.  I think this is because it is a stacked line chart with markers - you probably don't mean this as you have also included a Totals series.  Right click on the chart and change the type to Line with markers.

    The other thing to bear in mind is that marahman3001 is quite right about the axis options, but you have to beware that if you make the chart smaller, Excel will decide whether there is space to display all the labels, and will miss some out if it thinks there isn't.  There is nothing you can do about this, except to reduce the font size ot make the chart bigger again.
