Windows XP dekstop error


i have an xp machine and it gets shutdown automatically after the startup. i checked the eventlogs and in system i noticed the following error

"
the following boot-start or system start driver failed to load sabkutil

after the startup the system goesoff again.

Test by starting your PC pressing F8
Try not to startup that driver using the options in there
Press y or n by selecting which driver to not loaded during startup of your PC

i pressed f8 and can we goto safe mode

i tried to boot with safe mode but it again goes off

You may have a problem with the power supply, but try this first.  Restart the computer then press F8.  Choose the last known good configuration and check if it boots into windows.  Did you recently add or remove hardware/software.

See if it still happens when booted to an alternate OS. This will rule out a hardware/OS issue....
