windows sbs2011 windows failure at startup

Dear Sir,
                i have freshly installed windows SBS 2011 , now when i start my server it shows me "failur configuring windows feature at startup, reverting changes .
please advice how to resolve this.

    The event logs should tell you which feature is not starting...have you checked that?
