Sum Required Excel 2003

I am after a sum to replace the text I have put in row 7 that gives me the same result please.

I'm not 100% sure of the requirement, perhaps this formula in B7 copied across

Hi Barry,  I don't think this is right as if my sales are £100 and my GP is £60, then my GP % would be 60% but your calculation makes it 40% GP?

But I thought you want the results as shown in your workbook - you have 40 in B7? If you just want GP as a percentage of sales then this formula will give you 40
