Missing Emails

Hi. I was having issues with a profile in Windows 7, so I created a new local profile for the user and removed the old one. We are using the POP3 connector in Exchange on Small Business Server 2003, so I assumed all of the emails were stored in Exchange on the server. I created a new profile on the computer and logged the user in, then setup Outlook with her Exchange account. She is saying that some emails are now missing in her sent items from the past. Her inbox is all there, however some mail is missing in sent items (for example she can only find 4 emails sent in 2010). I'm a little confused on this. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Ahmed. Isn't that tool used for transferring data from one mailbox on one to server to a mailbox on another server?
It has several roles but you just use it to extract users PST from mailbox store and then simple add that PST to users outlook profile and let users check if what is missing.
Sorry on the delay Ahmed. This tool did the trick. Thanks!
