Transferring list of contacts.

Hello Everyone,

I upgraded my Outlook from 2003 to 2010 but now when I compose an email and type the recipients name outlook wont automatically show the list of the recipients email addresses. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue.

Thank you.

Go to the path below:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

You should see a file with an .NK2 extension here. Make sure this file has the same name as your Outlook profile name (you can find the name of your mail profile by going to Start > Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles).

With Outlook closed, go to Start > type in outlook /importnk2 in the Search box > Enter key on your keyboard. Your autocomplete entries should be imported to Outlook 2010 afterward.

Find the NK2 that was used in Outlook 2003 and then import it into Outlook 2010.

With Outlook closed, start up Outlook as:

outlook /importnk2
