Windows Problem Reporting going berzerk

We have a SBS 2008 server that has a tremendous amount of Windows Error reports running and we have nothing on the server indicating why. The only thing that these reports are doing is causing the server to slow down and have errors. We have turned off windows built in problem reporting but it seems to be still running. I have attached a screen shot of the issue.

(disclaimer:  as always, I'm posting in regards to W2k8.  SBS is a different beast and I am not familiar with it like others here.)

After you turned it off did you kill off the existing processes?

Have you changed the settings for WER?

    To change the settings

    1. Click Start – Control Panel

    2. Click System and Security – Action center. In the leftpane, click “Change Action Center Settings”

Finally, you could always disable the WER service in services.msc.
