MOSS "View all site Content"

I have a single server MOSS environment. (SQL instance on the same machine) I recently had to change the ip of the machine and since then I have an interesting issue. When I go to any subsite in my site collection and View all site content link from site actions, page shows me  main site's content instead of the sub-site where I am in. No matter which site I am, I only see main site's content. Interestingly the url (http://mainsite/<subsite>/_layouts/viewlsts.aspx) remains of the site where I am in.

I have tried modifying alternate access mappings. But no luck.

I would really appreciate your help to correct this issue. Thanks in advance.

Maybe it helps...but can you check your IIS website settings to make sure nothing is bound to IP?

Is the problem only with the viewlsts page? What happens  when you go to, say site settings page of the subsite? i am trying to see if the problem is just with one page or all _layouts pages.
