outlook login prompt keeps coming up

I have a user that is using outlook 2010, with two accounts setup.  Everytime she start outlook, she gets a prompt for one of them accounts to login.  I check the "save password", but it doesn't save it, as after I close outlook and open it again, it prompts me again for the other account, so I select save password and then close outllok.  Then when I open outlook again, it prompts for the password for the 1st account, so it's very annoying and not sure why it's not saving the passwords?  Any thoughts?
I've attached a screenshot of the prompt. User generated image

a) Is the computer joined to the domain ? If it's a standalone and you are trying to connect to outlook - you may receive that.

Yes, it's on a domain, connecting to exchange, as both accounts are on the excahnge 2007 exchange server.

I don't have an SSL cert installed, so I wonder if that can cause it?  But why is everyone else in the organization working fine, just this user is not?

is there anything I can look at, as there's only 1 user that this is happening to because she has 2 accounts on her computer.  no one else is experiencing this issue, so pretty sure it's something with her local PC, as I don't want to start monkeying with the server to cause any issues.
