When a user moves the mouse around the screen it automatically highlights icons and moves them around as if he was holding down the left mouse button.<br />
Restarted the machine, unplugged the mose and plugged it back in and it still does same thing.<br />
even when user tries with the mouse pad on laptop it still highlights items.<br />
The user plugged in a different mouse and had still same issue.<br />
Please help.<br />
