What do I need to do to create a workflow sharepoint 2010 foundation
I am trying to create a work flow in Sharepoint 2010 foundation. I am following all the steps but when I go to add a workflow I get his message.
There are no workflows available on your site collection or workspace. Please contact your administrator.
Unfortuanately, I am my administrator. What do I need to do to create the workflow?

Can you verify that Three-State Workflow is enabled in the Site Collection Features?

No. where do I check? I am new to this and got thrown in to it.

I also verified that I am the primary site collection administrator. I just need to get a simple three-state workflow going by Sunday.

I look at workflow setting and it says there are no workflows. I thought foundation had three-state out of the box. Also, I can't find where to activate workflows. I am the site collection administrator and a farm administrator.
