Does it happen with all the users or only with your account? Check the task manager and see if you are able to KILL it and check the total memory usage on the TS when this is going on.

thanks ! , this is happening to all the users and i can kill it and then relaunch it and it will launch , I am not sure what exactly memerory wise i should look at is this a bug or something ?

Check the Send/Receive if it gets completed before you close down the Outlook. Are you running the Sharepoint in the environment too? If you the sharepoint then go to..
After closing Outlook, opening Data Files by right-clicking on Microsoft Outlook from the Start menu, then choosing Properties we removed the Sharepoint List calendar ( if there any other files then remove those ). And

Follow this diligently and also disable all the ADD INs installed in the Outlook.exe. Try with Outlook.exe /safe in the fresh TS Session with the any random or a new user and close the Outlook.exe and check in the Task Manager, if it shut down the process gracefully.

thanks for responding to my question , i have slow internet here and cant use it all the time so it is hard for me to Google stuff !  I am not seeing any sharepoint items in fact i dont see any thing in any tabs except this ......below  ovv ovoutlook-issues-2Capture.PNG
