Conditional formatting for report text box

What would be the correct syntax in the Conditoinal formattnig dialog for the below condition?  that is, if the Date in the control is less than Today plus seven AND another control (TaskCompletionDate) on the report is null, then I want this control to be red, bold.

Date()+7 And IsNull([TaskCompletionDate])

expression is [controlName]= Date() + 7 and  [TaskCompletionDate] Is null
Use Expression IS, and place the following in the text box:

[TaskCompletionDate] <= Date()+7 And IsNull([TaskCompletionDate])  = TRUE
