Insert File and Email Filemaker pro

I want to create a script (see attached) that allows the user to insert a file into a container field and then sends an email with the file attached to it.  See what i have so far. It is not working properly.

    The main issue is that the $getFile variable needs to contain the entire path, not just the Desktop path. In order to do that I added a second Set Variable [ $getFile ] step that sets the variable to the to the Container field. Since variables are always TEXT, this returns the full path to the reference file. Note that this ONLY works if "Store only as reference" is checked.

    I also added a "Set Error Capture [On]" step which eliminates  the initial error dialog one gets when going to the Desktop. And, I added an EmailSubject field to the initial dialog so the user can enter the Email subject line.

    The attached file corrects the problem.
