Renewing SBS 2008 self signed certificate

Hi,

Does anyone know any other solution to the renewal of a self signed SBS 2008 certificate than running the Internet Address Management wizard from the Console? The server currently is in a LOCAL DOMAIN, there is no internet domain set up on it, and I don't want to enter any if not necessary. OWA, etc. is working fine now and I wouldn't like to change anything that can mess up the internal DNS and certificate naming system.

In case there is no other way than to run the wizard, may I enter companyname.local as the domain name? And what should be the prefix then? The SBS server name for example or should be blank?

Thanks for your help.

Microsoft's recommended way to do this is to run the Fix My Network wizard.

I have renewed SBS 2008 self-signed certificates myself directly from the IIS management console, but it is probably safer to do it using the wizard.
