Can't connect to Exchange server

Suddenly my outlook users can't connect to the server.

The acces via OWA works, that is, the login page is available, but users can't login either.

What can be happening?

More information:

I just tried to move one mailbox from one server to another and the response was Mailbox Database in origin server is offline.

I restarted MSExchangeIS ans tried again. The same result.
First make sure all the services are atarted, if you recently rebooted the server its possible some services didnt re-start propperly,

From a powershell command prompt type Test-ServiceHealth

This will show you any services not running, if you have services not running, type Start-Service <service name>

I recently had a very similar issue to yours after a windows update, I would get the OWA logon screen but logons failed with a 404, I had a couple of services that wouldnt start automaticallly, restarting them fixed the issue.

After several tries I could mount the Database. Everything working ok after that.

Yesterday I enabled LCR to a network folder. Could that have somethng to do with this failure?
