What kind of "trouble"?  Are there particular things that don't work?

Yes, I think that I have set it up but I am unable to ping the different Vlans from my PC, the connected equiptment does not get a DHCP address from my server

That suggests a couple of things:

DHCP setup on each VLAN or at least on the one you're connected to.

Aggregation or trunking of VLANs may not be set up ....

I will look at that either in the morning or on Monday

what I have set up is the following

DHCP server is, this needs to dish out addresses to all the VLans

    on the RouterBoard
    add disabled=no interface=ether2 name=vlan1 vlan-id=1
    add disabled=no interface=ether2 name=vlan2 vlan-id=2
    add disabled=no interface=ether2 name=vlan3 vlan-id=3
    add disabled=no interface=ether2 name=vlan4 vlan-id=4
    add disabled=no interface=ether2 name=vlan5 vlan-id=5
    add address= interface=vlan1
    add address= interface=vlan2
    add address= interface=vlan3
    add address= interface=vlan4
    add address= interface=vlan5
    DHCP Relay is

I am still unable to ping the DHCP server or any item connected in the different Vlans
