Deleting cookies, favorites from Firefox

It's my last day on this contract and would like to remove anyting the browser has stored for me in Firefox.

How can I do that?

    You can download and run CCleaner which will clear all that out, select autoforms to clear out cached passwords etc.

    You can also go into the control panel or internet options and clear out the cookies/temp files there.

    I'd rather not download software, but I can not find the option on the Options dialog. Can you be more specific where it's located?
