I'm not sure what you mean? I'm looking to build my own custom toolbar with custom features - just need to get the construct - SU wis just an example but basically my question is how do I achieve a fixed bar at the top where I can load in different content below.

I'm looking to create a useful toolbar that it still present when external sites are loaded - users click various links to external sites but I maintain a tool bar at the top.<br />

Now, I read framesets are a thing of the past (are they?) - is there a much more modern robust way to do this.<br />
