I have a user and she needs to publish her calendar to another web server, let's say, to host/sync her calendar. I click her outlook 2020, calendar, publish on line and it only give me choice of "Publish to".

Can someone tell me how to publish calendar? We are using Exchange 2010.

Thank you very much!!

    Accepted Solution

Outlook Calendar Publishing provides two options
    1 - Publish to
An MS Site for publishing your calendar to

2 - a WEBDAV Server (Not any Web Server)
This is a framework on a server that allows users to Send, Update, Modify Files/Documents or in this case Calendar appointsments on a server published to the WEB

This type of claendar publishing is not normally one you can use with any free email or calendar account
If you are using these, you normally have to sync using whatever seeting they provide

A WebDav server is Usually something in house, or a Site setup by a company which its users can Publish their calendar to.

    So in Short.

If you are using Google Calendar
    Follow their instructions above.

If you want to publish using WebDav you will need your own server or find someone's you can use

If you just want the easiest way to publish
    Use the option
