Ok, Assuming you are running on windows 7.

To run Visual Studio under administrator permissions

   1. On the Start menu, right-click Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, and then click Run as administrator.
   2. In the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.
   3. In the Microsoft Visual Studio dialog box, click Continue.

To create a shortcut that automatically runs Visual Studio under administrator permissions

   1. In Windows 7, open \Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\.
   2. Drag devenv.exe to the desktop.
Rename the shortcut to indicate that this shortcut runs Visual Studio under elevated permissions.
   3. Right-click the new shortcut and then click Properties.
   4. Select the Shortcut tab and then click Advanced.
   5. Select Run as administrator and then click OK.
   6. Click Apply and then click OK.

When you double-click this Visual Studio shortcut, you will automatically start Visual Studio under administrator permissions.

Hello zhshqzyc,

As per your screen, it is clear that IIS is installed on your machine. IIS is nothing but the internet information service

If you want to create a new web site under IIS, you need to change the Web Location from File System to HTTP. And just write the path like http://localhost/YourWebSiteName because it's your local IIS Server
I think you can get the idea now

One thing forgot to mention that, in your screen shot Internet Information Service is checked. It means installed.

Another point is when you create a new website in IIS,  it will create a folder of your site name in wwwroot folder.
Generally IIS location is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\
So if you create your site then it will store in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\YourWebSiteName

just open your first screen shot window and add following components

Expand Web Management Tools, expand IIS 6 Management Compatibility, and then select the IIS 6 Metabase and IIS 6 configuration compatibility check box.

Expand World Wide Web Services, expand Application Development Features, and then select the ASP.NET check box.

For that you may need Windows 7 set up Disk
