DFS replication issue

We were having issues with replication with missing files & long delays synchronizing files, as such we installed the following hotfix KB2462352 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2462352) since doing so there’s still issues on-going with replication, we are seeing a lot of these events in the Dfsr log files:

The replicated folder is approximately 1Tb in size containing 4.5m files.

Is anyone able to say what exactly the 1st server is doing? Is it rebuilding its index of files in the folder, and until complete replication is on hold?

Hope someone can say what’s going on, thanks in advance!

I am jumping in, since no one responded to this in 2 days.

2 things I noticed:
a) journalWrapped    1 > can go away with a chkdsk /f during reboot.

As a follow up to the issue we were having, we left this over the weekend without touching it and replication has started again.

Nice.
The classic ticket resolution recipe -- have the system administrator pace infront of the rack.
