On a Win 2008 server running Exchange 2007, we have two mail storage groups. 1st for mailboxes, 2nd for public folders.

Backup Exec runs nightly for the entire exhcange system and reports the size as 59 Gig. What is the mimit per storage group I need to watch?

    Assisted Solution

There is no size limitation for Storage groups, only databases have size limitation.
The database size limit is 50GB for Exchange 2007 std edition, however this can be changed using a Registry key.

Your limitation is the storage you have allotted for the databases.
