user not receiving emails

outlook 2010  exchange 2010
one user who never checked their email but had them forwarded awhile back.

i send emails to the user and i look in exchange messaging tracking under the exchange troubleshooting assistant and i see them.
i look in outlook 2010 rules and i see none listed
i look in owa 2010 under inbox rules and i see none listed. (these are both while logged in as user)
im scratching my head here.
this user had a rule set up under exchange 2003 that forwarded all emails to an aol account.
i cant find this rule anymore.....
any ideas..........

Was it a rule or delivery option?
Check in Active Directory - Properties of the User - Exchange General - Deliver Options
Open EMC
Recipient config
Rightclick user > properties
Mail Flow Settings
Click Delivery Options > properties

check if there is anything listed in Forward To
Clear that setting
