"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Most slow issues / lack of arriving can be down to Anti-Virus software.

Please have a read of my article and check the Inconsistent Sync section and ensure that your registry has the relevant key added:

If that doesn't work, please let me know.

The registry entry suggested simply changes AV on the server. I tried this anyhow but did not have any effect with the slow syncying problems

Sure - if you get to the end and still have an issue please let me know and I'll see what else I can come up with.

Do you have AV installed on the server and is it configured not to scan the Exchange structure?
