Team foundation Server 2010 store its data

Where does Visual Studio - Team foundation Server 2010 store its data?  Are all the code files, images, project setting, etc. stored in the SQL Database?  Therefore, it simple enough to backup all the SQL database offsite to prevent lose of data?

Yes, and IMHO it is good to verify this for your particular installation.  Install TFS, create some projects in TFS, backup the databases, and then either try recovering those on a different TFS installation or reinstall TFS and try to recover them.  This would be the worst cast scenario you might face some day.  MS has lots of pages explaining TFS recovery details.

Also, i am going to do as mastoo suggested in performing a recovery.
